(I've decided to have Monday be my weigh in day and also a day for reflecting here regarding weight loss, health and such. I don't want this to strictly be a weight loss blog so I chose just ONE day a week to check in)
Since I started this new lifestyle change on January 2nd, I have lost 10 pounds! Very motivating. I am sure that a lot of that is 'water' weight...but any bit taken off is gone forever and closer to my goal.
I've been reading lots of motivational books to keep me on track. One common theme in many of them is how the successful people had an "AHA" moment or something in their brain "clicked". Well I feel it! I'm there!
This last few weeks have been fairly easy. I am just making good choices. The other night I went out with a couple friends. One friend ordered dessert and I just had a bite. I felt good about that:-)
My lifestyle change is off to a good start.
